All raw materials are tested by us with various analysis process. All sampling & testing are done as per ISI & International standards

To accomplish this objective , FURNACE FEEDERS has set-up a analytical laboratory with the following testing facilities

• Carbon & Sulphur apparatus for the analysis of Carbon & sulphur.
• Sieve shaker for checking mesh sizes.
• Hot plates, Muffle furnaces, ovens, Balance etc for elemental analysis by conventional methods.
• Adequate trained chemists for conducting the testing activities.

Activities:

• Technical services & suggestion for utilzing of foundry raw material
• Grinding & pulverizing of Ferro alloys , Metals as per customers requirements.
• Packing in 40/ 50 kg HDPE Bags with inner ploy bags or 1000 kg jumbo bag as per customers requirements.
