Suggested Application
Inoculant gives effective chill reduction in thin sections.
Best suitable for cast iron as well as ductile iron.
Effective in forming and 'A' type graphite structure.
Ensures good nodularity & nodule count in ductile iron.
Effectively control of carbides in thin sections.

Recommendation for Addition of Inoculant
0.1-0.2 % in metal steam.
0.2-0.4 % for pouring ladle.

Recommendation for Selection of Size
For less than 100 Kg - 0.2-0.7 mm
100 Kg - 500 Kg - 1-3 mm
More than 500 Kg - 3-6 mm.
